In this episode of The B+ Podcast, we dive into our resolutions for the New Year. It is a new decade and instead of focusing on goals that we can not meet, I speak about ways to change your entire framework of living. The topics are on how to develop systems instead of habits.
The topics we discuss are:
1. Taking on smaller, more focused tasks in order to stick to them
2. Using the technology we have to help us achieve our goals rather than hinder our progress
3. Preparing for the day ahead before going to bed letting you attack the day with confidence
4. Building on old habits so you form newer, better ones making you unstoppable in the New Year
5. Toxic people are inevitable in our daily lives. Choose to not engage and you will live a better life.
6. Systems > Habits. I explain EXACTLY how and why you should be developing systems over trying to change habits. I also go through an entire day of my life including the systems I have set in place.
7. Do not be hard on yourself. Choose to be as consistent as you can be regardless of the day before.
8. Focusing on yourself vs worrying/comparing to others
